What do we need?
Unless otherwise agreed with you, we will only collect basic personal data about you and/or your child. This information includes name, home address, email address, telephone number(s) and date of birth.
Why do we need it?
We need to know basic personal data in order to supply you with the services you have engaged us to provide, and to assert our right to be recompensed in return for these services as per the agreement we have with you. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need in order to supply and oversee the services we have agreed to provide you with.
What will we do with it?
All the personal data we hold about you will be processed by the Rachel Shirley Music in the UK; however, some information is shared with companies (e.g. MyMusicStaff) who are not based in the UK, and therefore may be stored on servers in their own country. The information is shared with the following third-party organisations:

It’s good to celebrate progress and achievements, and one of the ways we do this is by taking photos occasionally at private lessons, workshops, performances etc. These photos may be shared on the studio website and social media accounts. The form you have been sent asks whether you give permission for photos of the student to be taken during private lessons, workshops, performances etc. to be featured on the studio website and/ or social media. You can withdraw my consent at any time, and ask for any photos held to be destroyed or removed:
